| I provide evaluation and treatment of allergic and immune deficiency diseases. Patients may suspect that they suffer with such a problem if they experience runny nose, sneezing, nasal stuffiness, postnasal drainage, cough, wheeze, shortness of breath, recurrent sinusitis, recurrent bronchitis, or recurrent pneumonia. Allergic conditions of the skin may appear as itching, hives or localized areas of swelling. I also evaluate patients for allergy to medications and foods. Patients with chronic respiratory infections are evaluated for adequate antibody production. |
Allergy Skin Testing
Allergy skin testing is not available at The Hope Clinic. Selected
allergy blood tests are obtained as needed.
Pulmonary Function Tests (Spirometry)
Pulmonary testing may be obtained in some patients upon request
to the lung specialists affiliated with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in
Ypsilanti, MI.
Allergy Injection Treatments
Allergy injection treatments (allergy vaccinations) are not
available at The Hope Clinic.
